Logistics Process & Delivery
At Messe Zürich, we ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Our processes are well-tested and clearly structured, so you can rely on our experienced teams and trusted partner network to support you every step of the way.
Access to the exhibition halls is typically via Checkpoint 2. Suppliers are required to pay a refundable deposit. Loading and unloading times range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on vehicle size. Deliveries to Halls 1 to 6 are made at ground level via delivery levels 0, 1, and 2, while Hall 7 is accessed using goods lifts A and B. Vehicles can be parked for a fee in the Messe Zürich parking garage, which offers space for around 2,200 vehicles, including electric charging stations.
Logistics Partner
For transport, material handling, and storage logistics, we collaborate with our experienced partner Sempex. They manage loading, fine distribution, and other logistical services directly on-site at the exhibition center. Whether you’re an exhibitor or organizer, Sempex provides professional support to make your experience seamless.
Customs Clearance
Goods subject to customs regulations must be declared (temporary use, permanent import, or transit). You can find important customs information here. If desired, our exhibition forwarder Sempex can handle all customs formalities on your behalf, taking the burden off your shoulders.
