Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Standards as Part of Our Venue Strategy
Messe Zürich participates in the ewz.effizienzbonus program. In collaboration with Elektrizitätswerk der Stadt Zürich (ewz), we implement concrete measures to increase energy efficiency and commit to binding energy-saving targets. In doing so, we continuously invest in a resource-efficient operation of our infrastructure and create the foundation for more sustainable events.
In addition, Messe Zürich holds the Swisstainable Label II – engaged, demonstrating that sustainability is structurally embedded in our operations and that concrete measures are continuously being developed. Through the MCH Group, Messe Zürich is also certified with the Sustainable Performance Standard. This international standard confirms that sustainability aspects are systematically integrated into management processes, operational procedures, and the ongoing development of our venues.
